You have a 15-day window from the date of delivery to submit your return. All returns are refunded as store credit only via a Drawtiful E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 24 hrs of delivery.

We do not offer free shipping labels for returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to send back a return. You will be able to purchase a label through our returns portal. Please only use this label.

Any label purchased separately not through our returns portal will result in your return being denied and your package rejected as our warehouse only accepts pre-approved tracking numbers.
