We consider every case separately about our return policy, analyzing each case as an individual. All the time, the products have to have their original packaging. The return request should not be more than three days after the delivery date.

The process starts by initiating a return solicit; please send the form you will find out at the end of the page. You have to keep in mind that the shipping costs are not refundable.

RETURN SHIPMENT INFORMATION

Returned items that do not have tracking information will be annulled. In the case of products that are opened from their packaging, you will have a 15% restocking fee on all returned goods.

Not Happy with Your Order

If you are not happy about your purchase, 30 days from the date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item if not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

The waiting period is 1 week after receiving the returned product. In this same period of time, we are going to contact you via email to notify you when the refund is being processed and accredited by the method of payment you chose when you made the purchase.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

The warranty is offered when the damages occasioned for the delivery of the products are the reason for the damage. Manufacture warranty covers the causes mentioned in “SITUATIONS WHERE WE OFFER A REFUND”, also covers the durability and the performance issues of the items.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you want to update your delivery address or cancel the purchase, you have to contact us in the first 24 hours of the creation of the purchase. Because of the efficiency and the improvement of delivery we cannot revert deliveries that don´t are outside the store and weren’t solicited without the period of cancellation of the address.

Please wait about two to ten business days for the processing and production of your delivery to be allowed to be sent.

The delivery for the USA will be through USP and FedEx companies.

The international purchases will be sent with the times of the postal code in your country and the delivery company times that you select.

The average times for delivery for the USA are 3- 7 business days of transit.

The times of international transit are 7-12 business days.

However, some circumstances are out of our control: weather, natural disasters, vacations, etc. Our deliveries most of the time are on time.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

To process your cancellation request you have to make it the first 24 hours after you ordered the product.

We send all products with extra precautions and additional protection, however, we are exposed to external risks for that reason we are open to hearing from you if that is the case. Feel free to contact us in situations with the following requirements:

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Drawtiful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
